Cape Kimberley is one of many superb beach walks in the Daintree region. This wide, white, sandy beach runs south from the caravan park to the mouth of the Daintree River. The views are spectacular - rainforest covered coastal hills to the north, Snapper Island close by the coast, and the expansive Daintree River to the south. You will see a variety of coastal vegetation and have the opportunity to go beachcombing.

HOW TO GET THERE:
After crossing the Daintree River on the ferry, drive north for four kilometres and turn right to Cape Kimberley, five kilometres down the dirt road. There is beach access at the end of the road past the caravan park.
